Plastic Injection Molding
Twenty injection presses from 75 to 600 tonnes process technical thermoplastics across four shifts, backed by a centralized drying plant. We also support mold realization, inject samples from your existing molds and issue Zeiss measurement reports.

Two-Component Overmolding
Using a foaming (FIPFG) system we apply bi-component sealing gaskets directly onto injected plastic parts, giving you a sealed component from a single source instead of a separate gasket assembly step.

CNC Machining
Ten CNC milling centres (Haas and Datron) machine steel, aluminium and plastic. Programming in SolidWorks and SolidCAM is paired with Keyence 2D measurement, optical probing and digital measurement reports.

Assembly Activities
Pad printing, screen printing, ultrasonic welding, foil-keypad bonding, bushing hot-pressing and shrink-wrapping — the finishing and assembly steps that turn a moulded part into a ready-to-use component.

Mold Maintenance & Repair
A dedicated toolroom keeps injection molds precise and productive: milling, turning, surface and cylindrical grinding, and EDM with solid electrodes, programmed in SolidWorks and SolidCAM.

Reverse Engineering
3D scanning and scan-to-CAD let us redraw worn or damaged active parts for molds that have no drawings — turning physical geometry back into a clean, machinable CAD model.
