Component overmolding
We apply bi-component sealing gaskets directly onto injected plastic parts, so you receive a sealed component from a single source — no separate gasket to source, cut or fit.
Sealing, built into the part
Because the parts are already moulded in our own hall, the sealing step happens in the same value stream: the gasket is foamed onto the finished part while it is still under our control. That means one supplier, one quality record and one point of accountability for the sealed component.
Cast directly onto the part
A two-component sealing material is dispensed as a continuous bead that follows the exact contour of the part. Once cured it forms a resilient, precisely positioned gasket — ideal where a reliable seal has to match complex geometry.
- Seal follows the part contour exactly, even on complex shapes.
- Applied to parts we mould ourselves — one supplier, one record.
- Removes a separate gasket-sourcing and assembly step.
Formed-in-place gaskets
Our foaming system dispenses the sealing compound in place (formed-in-place foam gasket), mixing and metering the two components under controlled conditions. The process is repeatable and integrates cleanly with the moulded parts leaving our injection hall.
