Plastic injection molding
We injection-mould technical thermoplastics for the electrical and electrotechnical industry — and put our capacity and process know-how at the service of your parts.
The service
Capacity across four shifts
Our molding hall runs twenty injection presses across four shifts, so we can absorb both high-volume series and demanding technical parts. A centralized drying plant conditions the granulate feeding the machines, keeping material properties and part quality consistent throughout the run.
We don’t just run the presses — our engineers support you upstream, from the mold itself to the first validated samples and their measurement reports.

Mold support & sampling
More than machine time
- Support in mold realizationWe work alongside your toolmaker so the mold is built for a stable, repeatable process.
- Sample injection from existing moldsHave a mold already? We inject samples so you can validate the part before committing to a series.
- Zeiss measurement reportsFirst-article and in-process parts are measured on Zeiss equipment, with reports you can rely on for approval.
