CNC machining
Precision milling of steel, aluminium and plastic — programmed, machined and measured in one place, with digital reports that travel with the part.
Milling, programming and measurement together
Ten CNC milling centres run across three shifts. Programs are built in SolidWorks and SolidCAM, and every part can be verified on our own metrology equipment — so machining, inspection and documentation stay under one roof and the feedback loop between them is short.

Measurement runs alongside machining: Keyence 2D measurement, classical and low-force optical probing, a digital measurement projector and height gauges — all feeding digital measurement reports.
Measured, then documented

Faster, more stable milling
Beyond running parts to drawing, we optimise the milling processes themselves — refining tool paths, strategies and fixturing to cut cycle times and improve repeatability. Where it adds value, robot integration takes over repetitive handling so operators focus on quality.
- Milling-process optimization for cycle time and stability.
- Robot integration for repetitive handling.
- Digital measurement reports for full traceability.
