Assembly activities

The finishing and assembly steps that turn a moulded part into a marked, joined and packed component — done in the same plant, on the same quality record.

The service

From moulded part to finished component

Our assembly area works two shifts and brings together the value-adding steps that usually sit with several different suppliers: marking, welding, bonding, pressing and packing. Because it follows directly on from injection and machining, parts reach dispatch as complete, ready-to-use components.

Pad & screen printing

Marking and decoration

Pad printing (tampography) and screen printing apply legends, symbols and branding directly onto parts and front panels — durable, precise and repeatable across a series.

  • Pad printing for curved and recessed surfaces.
  • Screen printing for panels and flat surfaces.
